Order

Can I make the changes to an order I already placed?
  • It's impossible to change an order that already placed due to the nature of POD(Print On Demand). Please make sure that you have chosen the right product(design, color, size, etc) before you place an order.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
  • Please check our 'Size & Materials' tap in each product page.
How can I track my order?
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order  ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at here.
What to do if I never received my order?
  • Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
    • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
  • Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! 
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at here with your order number. 
  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but  the new order would be at your expense.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
  • We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you  quickly, please email us at kpophow@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the  damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

  • It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
    The shipping time depends on  your location, but typical shipping times are:  

    • USA: 3-​4 business days  
    • International: 5-15 business days 

Return & Exchange 

What is the return&exchange policy?
  • If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us with a picture of the damaged item. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
  • We do not accept returns and exchanges for buyer’s remorse(e.g. wrong size without any defect) due to the nature of POD(Print On Demand). Please check the listing size and color chart carefully before you purchase. If you still are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us!  Also, please be advised that product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
  • Refunds will not be given due to a delay with USPS as a result of a wrong(incomplete) address or any other reason out of our control.
  • As soon as your order is submitted, it is placed in our queue. You can select your shipment method & speed at checkout. We have a no-cancellation policy once an order is placed due to the nature of POD.
